History of Outsourcing Solutions

History

Established in 2000, Outsourcing Solution began in 2000 as the Kenya-based offering  Office Network outsourcing to major companies Kenya. In 2001, with equity investments from first year, It open it 1st doors in USA was re-branded  and subsequently Expanded it office to India , Africa and Mexico. Since then Outsourcing Solutions has grown rapidly, broadening its range of services, expanding its geographic reach and diversifying its client base

In our journey of over 9 years, we have catalyzed some of the major changes that have led to Kenya's emergence among the global destination for outsourcing services talent.

Milestones

2009

• Offering a new breed of business integration solutions to client solutions that aligned organizations' technologies, processes and people with their strategies
• Starts KPO services (Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services) our  delivery centers are located in Kansas, Nairobi, New Delhi,  Mexico city.
• Outsourcing Solutions Business Consulting Services is Expanded Insurance, Manufacturing,Communications.

2008

• Starts Integrated System (Software  integration) practice:  Any Data, Any Format, Any Transport, Any Platform all integrated
• Opens offices 1 development centers in the Beijing China

 

2007

• Outsourcing Transcription  was established as a separate entity in USA and Mexico to provide offshore medical, legal and other transcription services. It  now delivers over million lines per month to its Health Care, Legal and General transcription clients

2006

• The Outsourcing Solutions Foundation: Outsourcing Solutions Cares is established in Nairobi Kenya to help to promote computer literacy in Sub-Saharan Africa, donating computers and software's  to schools, orphanages, and related facilities in rural villages in Kenya.
• Opens an office in Mexico City, Mexico to specialise on Call Center Services, Virtual Assistant, and Data Entry Services with offsite and online support from both India and Kenya

2005

• Opens first India office near Dehli and Global Development Centers at Haryana  India. Sets up e-Business practice on leading  Software Solutions including CRM , EPR, SCM, E-commerce

2004

• Moves corporate headquarters to Hurligham Nairobi. Opens a Development Center at Kilimani Nairobi Kenya
• Focus it business on It consultant and building Website Redesign, Website Integrated Software, Search engine optimization, Multimedia Solution,

2003

• Expand it services and introduces BPO specialising on t Retail Business, Travel & Hospitality, Transport and Logistics that address the transactional, managerial, reporting, planning and integration needs of our clients in these industries in USA.

2002

• Opens first international office in Kansas city, USA focusing on IT Consultancy
  Our consultants  work with both local and international companies to on operational IT environment in relation to your corporate goals including
  IT Support,  Computer Hardware, Data warehousing, IT Strategy

2000-2001

• Outsourcing Solutions is established by Paul Kipruto and 5 engineers in Eldoret, Kenya, with an initial capital of US$ 4050
  with initial plan of outsourcing Office Network to major companies Kenya.
